To ensure safe use, you must be 18+ to purchase WaterBow. Teens 14 and older may use WaterBow independently. Children under 14 should only use WaterBow with adult supervision.
WaterBow is safe and gentle — but it is still a movement tool, not a toy.
Use Clean Water Only
Use tap or filtered water. Do not drink the water inside the WaterBow — it is for training resistance only, not consumption.
Water Hygiene (Maintenance)
To keep your WaterBow fresh, change the water every 6 months and rinse the inside with warm, soapy water. Do not add chemicals or other liquids.
Move on a Flat, Stable, Non-Slip Surface
A living room, bedroom, studio, patio, or gym floor works well.
Ensure Sufficient Clear Space
For your safety, allow a minimum 6-foot (2-meter) radius of free space around you. No furniture edges close by, no people, pets, or obstacles in the movement path, no fragile items nearby, and enough room to swing, rotate, and lean comfortably.
This "safe movement zone" prevents accidental bumps and protects your environment.
Barefoot Preferred
Bare feet offer natural balance and stability. Shoes are welcome if you prefer them.
Beginners & Seniors May Start Seated
A chair or stability ball helps build confidence and balance during early sessions.
Follow Guided Videos
Our trainers demonstrate proper grip, posture, breathing, and flow. This ensures correct, safe technique.
Listen to Your Body
Stop immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, or sharp pain.
