Your WaterBow is built in Germany using premium, sustainable materials — engineered to last for years of safe, joyful movement. Below is everything you need to know about your coverage and support.

💧 24-Month Manufacturer Warranty

Every WaterBow includes a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects, material defects, structural issues that affect normal use, and seam or weld failures.

If a defect appears that is clearly caused by manufacturing, we will repair or replace your WaterBow at no cost.

💧 What's NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, using anything other than water to fill the device, dropping, crushing, puncturing, or cutting the device, heat or sun damage from improper storage, extensive exposure to sun or weather, commercial misuse outside normal training conditions, or normal wear and tear (surface marks, light scuffs, etc.).

WaterBow should be stored indoors when not in use.

💧 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your purchase also includes a 30-day return window.

To qualify, your WaterBow must be in as-new condition, returned empty and dry, with all accessories included.

Return shipping is paid by the customer (or deducted from the refund).

Step 2: We review your case We respond within 48 hours.

Step 3: Resolution If approved, we will replace your WaterBow, provide repair guidance, or offer another suitable solution.

💧 Common Warranty Questions

"Do I need to register my WaterBow?" No — warranty activates automatically on delivery.

"Is the warranty transferable?" No — only the original purchaser is covered.

"Does it cover commercial use?" Yes — the warranty covers use in studios, coaching, wellness centers, and physiotherapy settings. Misuse is not covered.
