💧 What Does the 24-Month Warranty Cover?

Every WaterBow includes a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects, material defects, structural issues that affect normal use, and seam or weld failures.

If a defect appears that is clearly caused by manufacturing, we will repair or replace your WaterBow at no cost to you.


💧 What's NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, including using anything other than clean water to fill the device, dropping, crushing, puncturing, or cutting, exposure to extreme temperatures (freezing or intense heat), extended exposure to sun or weather, or commercial misuse outside normal training conditions. Normal wear and tear — surface marks, light scuffs — is also not covered.
