Weeks 2–3 — You're moving, building a rhythm, and starting to feel the difference. New content arrives via email and direct messages as it's released.
Week 3–4 — We check in with a personal call to see how you're doing, answer questions, and help you plan what's next.
March 2026 onward — Live group classes begin, the community grows, and you're at the heart of it.
