WaterBow is a water-filled fitness device designed to help you move better, feel better, and build strength in the most natural way possible.

Instead of pushing your body through forceful or repetitive workouts, WaterBow uses the power of flowing water to create gentle instability. This awakens your deep core, improves balance, supports your posture, and brings movement back into your life — without pain, pressure, or overwhelm.

For over a decade, our co-founders Susan and Simon developed and refined the WaterBow method (aka Ajambow in Europe) in their own movement studio in Leipzig, Germany — guiding hundreds of individuals through their movement journey and helping them feel stronger in everyday life. In early 2024, Tessa and Daniel joined to roll out the Ajambow concept nationwide in Germany, and to bring the method to American homes as WaterBow.

💧 How Are WaterBow Workouts Structured?

WaterBow sessions use short guided videos called micro-flows, each 4–6 minutes long.

These micro-flows are the phases of your workout:

  • Awakening
  • Exploring
  • Celebrating
  • Reflecting

These phases combine into full workouts called Day Trips (15–20 minutes), which follow 3–4 movement phases.

Multi-week programs, called Journeys, help you stay consistent and experience meaningful progress over time.
